and tries to snuggle Drew's chest. He has his hands over his head and doesn't acknowledge her move. She fidgets some more and finally turns her back to him, pulling herself to the far side of the bed. As she does, he turns away from her. She looks back at him over her shoulder and pulls the covers tighter. He reaches to his bedstand and takes a sip from a cup and settles back down again--facing away from her. I think he may actually be drifting back to sleep...
She continues to fidget.
Now he's splayed on his back--arms over his head again--his face is facing Diane. I think he's sleeping. She turns toward him, keeping her distance, still--her eyes appear open--and fidgets some more.
I think she'd like to communicate in one way or another--but he's not responding.
She's settling down again--may actually be drifting off to sleep--
Ah. Nope. Scratching head. Folds arms. Unfolds arms. Folds arms.
Now Diane is settled down and Drew sits up and drinks some more. Rearranges pillows--Fixes one pillow between himself and Diane and hugs it!
Diane: Thanks for waking me up Drew: Sorry Diane: No, the first time. I can't go to sleep.
She continues to fidget. |

to go back to sleep (cuddled up, facing each other), they both commented that they were having trouble sleeping, and Di said she had a really bad headache--gee, I wonder why?
