A few of the topics: * Diane and Drew chattered until three in the morning. A Twin asked if they were going to sleep, and they asked who was saying that? And why didn't she use her earplugs to sleep? The Twin said it doesn't matter who it is, and that she did use earplugs and could still hear them (way to make friends) * The number of breakfast items is "skimpy" and they are light on bread, and only have english muffins. * One of them declines the offer of bacon, but thinks someone else will eat it. Nakomis doesn't say much during all of this, and just sits at the counter eating and yawning. Now a Twin asks about the Garfield pillow that Nakomis received--why is she into Garfield or whatever. Nakomis now just starts talking and answering their questions. She says that the Pink Floyd song "Wish You Were Here" always makes her kind of sad outside the house and wistful. I guess Donald wrote that on the back of the picture he sent her, and that got to her a little bit. Otherwise, she liked the letters that she got and didn't cry when she read them.
