Drew is saying that there is no way he will use it. Jase reassures him that Marvin is gone, and that Diane will be safe. Drew doesn't want to make the alliance look bad by turning on it. Jase points out that by not using it, he will be able to get rid of Marvin and will not have to save Diane. Drew just said that he had to put on a show for Diane (that he would use it on her). Jase assures him that Diane will be cool. (Note that Marvin just mentioned saying this very thing to Jase, so Drew may be lying to Jase right now. But maybe not.)
