Cowboy strolls in and says, "You could win all right", making Scott beam. Then Cowboy adds, "Just bite his ear"... and strolls back out again. Actually Decatur is where Jase lives now. He lived south of there and even lived in Carbondale for seven years -- went to So Ill University -- never did graduate. Seven years, no diploma.
