Will: six years ago, okay I went to college and I had a degree in biology. I was like what am I going to do with my life? Im not really sure. So I worked as a model and an extra for a year and I was on a soap opera called Savannah that got cancelled, I just bummed around Atlanta and did little crappy things here and there. I worked at a fish store (a pet store) I was literally a runway model that worked at a fish store.
So I don't know what I am going to do with my life but I love working with my hands and studying and cerebral - I think I want to be a dr. So I went to medical school and it was the best time of my life and the worst time of my life. It was so hard, everyone there, their dads were all Dr's and they knew what they wanted to do since they were two... and I was like is this the right thing for me.
I sure wasn't quite sure what I was going to do. I worked at my internship and lived on the beach and worked at the best hospital in Miami. and it was hell on earth, so miserable. I was working 108 hours a week and patients were dying left and right.. this is not what I want to do with my life.
I kinda wanted to work in dermatology but it was really hard and my brother had just graduated from college and I had tons of debt and only making 32k a year as an intern. I owed 120k in medical school debt. I am 25 or 26. I am asking my brother what is he going to do with his life, and he was like I dont know what are you going to do? Cause I was so scared to pursue dermetology cause it was so hard and competitive and my brother knew I was miserable.. I know this is a stupid story... (will's words)
... and we were watching MTV and Carson Daley came on and my brother was like you can do that 10 times better than Carson Daley. And an ad came on for survivor. So me and my brother filmed a 30 second clip. I was in such a dark place in my life that I said I am such a vilian and that I will crush everyone that I see. I sent it in to temptation island, and survivor and they called me back. I was like I am not going to do temp island, Lost wanted me, and then CBS called and said they wanted me for BB. They explained it to me and and it sounded pretty F'in easy. So I finished my internship and packed up mystuff in a Uhaul. My borther stayed at UCLA and payed 100 $ a month in a closet. Anyway the story gets even more boring but I won BB and then 9/11 happened. So we have nowhere to go. My father lives in Europe and my mother and stepfather are in Colorado so we had nowhere to go. We were just driving on the road. We had this check but me and my brother were just driving. So we went to Extended Stay America and we were like can we stay here? And this place was empty. So I bought 3 months. It was furnished and it was like, 79 bucks a day but they gave it to us for 39 bucks a day. rediculesly cheap. Once again the story doesnt pick up so dont get your hopes up...
