Janelle said "why, why are you asking" Howie then asked did he (couldn't hear) save him again (I think he was referring to James)Jan then said "he was asking me (couldn't understand) and I said I hadn't decided yet. Howie said "he thinks he can turn you on me" Jan said "I don't think he thinks that, no" Howie said "he has a lot of good cases to go on with you and at the same time he's got (mumbled) there are a lot of scenarios. You will keep me probably." Janelle smiled and said "yes Howie" Howie then left the bathroom and Janelle started saying "you're a beefcake, a beefcake" and continued to apply her moisturizers

PawPrint74 - TRANSCRIPT - August 26, 2005 - 8:04 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. BBT - Maggie, April, Ivette & Beau Gossiping, Bashing, Strategizing & Some Arguing - TRANSCRIPT 0 Replies #2336027 7:56PM 30/08/2005
NOTE TO READERS FROM TRANSCRIPTIONIST: Please note that my transcripts are USUALLY from the previous day's conversations. Sometimes you'll notice a morning conversation transcript posted the same day, but in the evening. However, you will also notice transcripts from conversations held two or three days prior to the present time. It just depends on what my professional schedule entails each day. Also, most transcripts will be posted in the mornings when most, if not all, of the houseguests are still sleeping. It gives you, the fans of BB and Jokers Updates, something to read while nothing is going on in the house. I am a court reporter so I work during the day quite often, but I record the feeds and transcribe some of the conversations to give you a very in-depth and real feel for what's occurring in the house. I am a certified machine shorthand reporter. I certify that the transcripts I produce are true, correct and verbatim to the best of my professional ability. Thank you.

August 26, 2005 - 8:04 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. BBT.
HOH ROOM - APRIL, MAGGIE AND BEAU IN THE BEGINNING. BEAU LEAVES AND THEN APRIL, MAGGIE AND IVETTE CARRY ON. THIS TRANSCRIPT BEGINS IN THE MIDDLE OF A CONVERSATION.
MAGGIE: ...they [James and Janelle] have a huge bond that we didn't know about.
BEAU: I know.
APRIL: Um-hmm.
MAGGIE: If they do, we're screwed.
APRIL: So hopefully everything's gonna -- I mean, as -- as crappy as James -- as much as James has talked so much crap about me --
MAGGIE: Um-hmm.
APRIL: -- and I know for sure, you know, you [Maggie] as well --
MAGGIE: Um-hmm.
BEAU: Um-hmm.
APRIL: -- yeah, I could sit here and I could be, "That -- that" -- you know, "I want to send that guy home." And I could be talking all kind of smack.
BEAU: Um-hmm.
APRIL: Hope to God I can get him out of here this week, but there's a great possibility the Power of Veto might can't -- it might not be able to be won.
BEAU: Exactly.
APRIL: We might all be competing in it. Who knows? We don't know. And whether I send him home this week, next week he's coming after me and Maggie, so it doesn't matter. So I -- I just need to get him out now if I can. We do.
BEAU: Yeah. It's a group effort -- it's going to be -- it's definitely going to be a group effort to get him out of here.
MAGGIE: If we don't get him out this week, you guys, I'm losing a lot of faith in the game.
APRIL: We had though -- we had two weeks we could have really done it and we just didn't. And I don't like --
MAGGIE: Um-hmm. Because of his power of coercion.
APRIL: And I'm trying not to talk about it as much in the you know where [DR], because I'm just waiting to see what they're going to f*cking plan to where we can't get him out.
BEAU: Um-hmm.
APRIL: They keep asking me about it, and I'm like, "F*ck."
MAGGIE: I say that if he isn't out this week, with all this planned, I'm handing it to him. "Congratulations, James. You just f*cking won the game."
APRIL: I'm not voting -- I wouldn't -- I wouldn't vote for him to win.
MAGGIE: Huh-uh. He doesn't need that, though. He just needs to be in the final two.
APRIL: Did I tell you what he said to me in storage?
BEAU: Huh-uh.
APRIL: I didn't.
MAGGIE: Oh, no. You told me and Ivette.
APRIL: Yeah. He wasn't -- he wasn't outside.
BEAU: What happened?
APRIL: You know how he talks -- I mean, even Ivette will admit how much James says to her, how much he can't stand me and all these horrible things about me to her?
MAGGIE: Right.
BEAU: Um-hmm.
APRIL: He went -- he came in storage when I was in there. And he goes, "April," and he looked just really, really nervous, slash, scared --
BEAU: When Howie comes out, let me know. [Beau is asking April to let him know when Howie comes out. April is watching the Spy TV, and Beau wants to talk to Howie as soon as he returns from the Diary Room.]
MAGGIE: I'm dripping water -- is that okay? --
APRIL: Okay.
MAGGIE: -- on the bedspread.
APRIL: I'd get like maybe a towel or something just so it won't -- I don't -- I mean, I don't care, but I would just go -- go wipe off your water bottle.
MAGGIE: Yeah, that's what I was going to do. No, I know, but I know you're not the same way as them [Ivette and Beau], so...
BEAU: Beeotch.
APRIL: No, I'm not.
BEAU: It's crushed silk.
APRIL: Anyway --
BEAU: Let me know when Howie comes out.
APRIL: Okay. He -- I was coming out of storage, and he had known that I had gone in there, of course, because he watches people.
BEAU: So he walked in the storage after you?
APRIL: Yes.
MAGGIE: Uh-huh.
BEAU: Okay.
APRIL: He watched me. And he said, "April" -- and I don't remember exactly how he said it, but he was like, "April," he was like, "I just, again, want to let you know that, you know, I told you a couple weeks ago how much I respected you in this game and -- and how proud -- you know, how much -- how -- just you holding up in this game when -- when -- you know, for instance, like, Howie was beating you down," and he was like, "I just hold..." [feeds cut out] "...so much respect for you, and you have been such a classy lady. And, again, after tonight you just proved me to be correct again.
BEAU: Um-hmm.
APRIL: Saying this right after the nomination ceremony.
MAGGIE: Right.
APRIL: He was like, "You are just so classy" and, you know, just it -- you know, pretty much "I'm in awe of, like, how you handle yourself." I'm like, "Well, thank you so much."
BEAU: He knows how to f*cking work people. Sh*t.
MAGGIE: Um-hmm. Yeah.
APRIL: And then after I told Ivette. Ivette's like, "April, I don't want to be mean, but he just told me yesterday how much he couldn't stand you." And I'm like --
MAGGIE: Right.
APRIL: -- "I know that." Like, when he says those things to me, I'm going to take them for what they're worth, and I'm going to move on. It's not going to sway my vote or what I want to do. But --
MAGGIE: He's damn good. I think he's a f*cking --
APRIL: But I think we're good because how long have we wanted this guy out? A long time.
BEAU: Yeah.
MAGGIE: Yeah, but how the f*ck is he still in here?
BEAU: Because we haven't gone through with our plan from be. We don't -- we don't always go with our gut feeling. We always say, "Oh, well, you know, So-And-So -- we can worry about that the next week; we can worry about it the next week."
APRIL: We change our plans.
BEAU: We change our plans too much.
APRIL: You have -- you have to be consistent. If you -- if you say you're going to do one thing, you've gotta do it.
BEAU: Right.
MAGGIE: Yeah, but --
APRIL: And we -- we're all -- it's all of our problems. We've all switched our opinions --
MAGGIE: Yeah, I know. We've all done it in the past. I just --
APRIL: We've all been talked out of it. We've all --
MAGGIE: -- want to make sure that none of us are even getting the inklening to change our mind. [Phonetic = eenk-luhn-eeng. Maggie most likely meant the word "inkling"] done it in the past.
APRIL: Hell no.
MAGGIE: Okay.
APRIL: But again, we can't sit here and be like, "Oh, we're backdooring James," because the POV has not be won yet.
BEAU: Exactly.
MAGGIE: And they haven't pick their partners. If they pick him to stay in this game, I'm going to be like, "You f*cking people just chose him over yourself, because you could have had a free week."
BEAU: Um-hmm.
MAGGIE: If they pick him, they need to know that they just sacrificed themselves --
APRIL: Yeah, but let me tell you something real quick. I can now see James going up to Janelle and Howie and saying, "April wants y'all out so bad. She told me that she wants y'all out. So let me play, and I promise to take you off." That's something James would do.
MAGGIE: Of course he will. He has to. He spins everything, and he makes people believe him. He's incredible.
APRIL: And I --
BEAU: Um-hmm. And he'll be like, "Didn't you see she -- her -- she -- didn't" -- uh --
APRIL: Yeah, yeah.
BEAU: -- "didn't you see her call me in the -- the storage room when -- you know, when -- after the nomination speech?"
APRIL: He's going to do things.
MAGGIE: That's right.
BEAU: [Still speaking as James here] You know, "Didn't you see us talking together in the bathroom?" You know, "When you got -- when you came, we totally broke up, that's what it was about. That's why she told me, like, not to tell anybody." He'll f*cking spin anything that he can just to make --
APRIL: That's why I --
MAGGIE: Why don't you go talk to -- to Janelle and Howie and tell them, "Listen" --
APRIL: That's the problem, is I can't do it in front -- he -- he is watching me, specifically me, so --
MAGGIE: He can watch you all he wants. He's still going to spin everything so that he can start playing. You might as well just say, "Listen" --
APRIL: No, but I should probably just get -- get Beau and Iv- -- Beau.
BEAU: I'll get Howie.
APRIL: Beau is good with Howie and Janelle.
MAGGIE: Yeah.
APRIL: So just say, "Look, April" --
MAGGIE: We just need to let them know.
APRIL: -- "April can't come and talk to y'all because James is watching her, so FYI, everything is good" --
BEAU: "Realize that this is a free week."
APRIL: Yeah. "Hint hint."
MAGGIE: Yes.
BEAU: Exactly.
APRIL: That's all you say.
MAGGIE: Yes. That's --
APRIL: And specifically say, "April can't come talk to y'all because James is watching her, but FYI" --
MAGGIE: "And you know Maggie never opens her mouth, so..."
APRIL: Just say, "FYI, this is a free week. Hint hint."
BEAU: Yep.
APRIL: Thank you so much, Bo-bo.
BEAU: Yeah, of course.
MALE INTERCOM SPEAKER: James, please put on your microphone.
BEAU: Where is he?
MAGGIE: Oh, he's already talking.
APRIL: In the Gold Room.
MAGGIE: In the Gold Room.
BEAU: Who is he with? Because Janelle and Ivette are downstairs in the kitchen.
APRIL: Howie might have come out --
MAGGIE: Yeah.
APRIL: -- and we didn't see him.
BEAU: F*ck.
[Beau exits the HOH Room to speak to Howie.]
MAGGIE: Beau, do it. Do it to it.
APRIL: I think Janelle needs to pick Beau and Beau -- and Howie pick Ivette.
[Camera briefly follows Beau downstairs on his quest to find Howie in the Gold Room where he finds James instead.]
BEAU: Where's, uh, Howie?
JAMES: Why the f*ck do you want to know?
BEAU: Coasters, B*tch.
JAMES: He's in the DR.
BEAU: He's still there?
JAMES: Yep.
BEAU: Jeez-Louise. You want to play coasters?
JAMES: Mmmm...
BEAU: Just play me.
JAMES: F*ck off.
BEAU: F*ck face.
JAMES: D*ckhead. I don't like these.
BEAU: Yeah, so you get my good luck --
[Feeds return to HOH Room where April and Maggie are still discussing the backdooring James plan.]
MAGGIE: Oh, sh*t. Here's the thing: If Janelle wins it, she -- you know she's going to take herself off. [Read later in this transcript where Janelle proves Maggie wrong.]
APRIL: They, of all people, have to trust me, because that week that Howie and Janelle were -- Howie was HOH, I was up here constantly saying, "Guys" -- they -- they know how much I don't like James. They know I don't.
MAGGIE: There goes Ivette. [Watching the Spy TV.]
APRIL: And now after finding -- yeah, she's going to James. [Watching the Spy TV.]
Now, after Janelle and Howie know that when I came into the Gold Member Room and said, "Hey, Guys, whoever wins, wins, no problem, it doesn't matter," like, now they know that I was being truthful and that I wasn't plotting and planning and lying the whole time. They believe me.
MAGGIE: Oh, I can't believe they thought that was premeditated. That was not premeditated.
APRIL: They thought everything, from the minute Jennifer took her hand off the buzzer, that --
MAGGIE: I guess, how would they know any different? because we never went and explained it to them.
APRIL: Huh-uh. And Janelle said, "April, why didn't you come and tell me? That's the only reason I sent Jennifer home." I'm like, "Because who -- who -- how did I know that y'all would even believe me or listen to what I had to say." But Janelle -- when -- when I -- when Howie and Janelle were up here the other day, and I was telling Janelle and Howie, "Look, Guys, I've got to put you up; I'm sorry; it sucks," Janelle was like, "Well, why can't you put up Ivette for a pawn?" And I'm like, "I can't."
MAGGIE: That would ruin your own game.
APRIL: I can't. I was like, "I can't, because she would pick James and" --
MAGGIE: Did you tell them that?
APRIL: Yeah. But Ivette's [sic] like, "Just put up a pawn. I have a bad -- I have a really, really bad feeling about this." I'm like, "Just trust me. If the POV can be won, we will win it, and I promise to you, I will take you off, or whoever wins it. So...
MAGGIE: So Ivette said earlier to you -- she said -- because you asked her what did she tell James. She said that just like Jennifer, she didn't know what was going to happen. But we didn't know what was going to -- even I didn't know what was going to happen with Jennifer. Jennifer did not tell me who she was going to nominate, and I respected her even more for that.
APRIL: I know -- I think --
MAGGIE: But the Kaysar thing was not -- we all knew about that the day before it happened. I mean, you never know what someone is going to do, but you know it's premeditated.
APRIL: I -- yeah. Howie and them said that they knew that either Howie or Kaysar were going up ahead of time just because we -- I couldn't look them in the eyes, and they said, "April, we knew."
[Ivette enters the HOH Room.]
MAGGIE: Hey.
IVETTE: You haven't showered? You still --
MAGGIE: I just got out of the Diary Room, like, 15 minutes ago. I came up here with Bo-bo and April.
IVETTE: The f*cking dishes, I just finished them.
APRIL: I know.
MAGGIE: Oh. Are you f*cking serious?
IVETTE: Well, I was doing them, and then Janelle started doing the Apple Crisp. And then --
MAGGIE: Did you tell her about our plan?
IVETTE: What?
MAGGIE: Did you talk to her about our plan?
IVETTE: No.
APRIL: She didn't say anything to you?
IVETTE: She didn't say anything to me. This is what I'm thinking: James has already asked me to play chess, and he asked me earlier if he's being backdoored.
APRIL: He did ask you?
IVETTE: He asked me already if he was being backdoored. And I said, "No, you're not being backdoored." What do I say?
APRIL: You need to say, "In this game, you never know what is happening until" --
IVETTE: Right. That's what I'm going to tell him. I'm going to tell him --
APRIL: -- "after the Power of Veto."
IVETTE: I'm going to say, "We never make any decisions on any of this until the Power of Veto."
APRIL: Yeah. Say, "April doesn't know; I don't know; Janelle doesn't know; Howie doesn't know; Maggie -- no one in this house knows."
IVETTE: This is the thing which I was telling -- this is the thing which I was telling Maggie: Let's say Janelle picks him because they end up having a pact. You know what I mean? The person to go is not Howie, because in reality, that doesn't really -- I mean, yeah, I totally play her down, but it doesn't benefit us. You know what I mean?
APRIL: Yeah, but what can we do about that?
IVETTE: We either need James out or Janelle out. So what I'm saying is, I don't want to upset him either, because let's say he does win the Power of Veto, then we've got to convince him not to f*cking use it. Because then he will stay with Janelle to the --
MAGGIE: I don't think we'll have to convince him of that. He should know that that's --
IVETTE: Do you understand what I'm saying?
MAGGIE: He won't save them.
IVETTE: April, do you understand what I mean?
APRIL: Yeah, but there's nothing we can do. I mean, if he gets picked, I don't think us talking to him is -- is going to help whether he uses it or doesn't use it.
IVETTE: Uh-huh.
APRIL: You know what I'm saying? because the only reason -- this is what I fear that he's -- okay. I went up to Janelle in the kitchen, and I said, "Janelle, if you pick Beau or Ivette, I promise you they will use the veto." Because, see, Howie and Janelle, of course, are going to be worried that it's not --
IVETTE: See, but I don't want to give them too much information because they're going to tell James. They all three have a sick relationship.
APRIL: No.
IVETTE: Do you understand what I mean?
APRIL: Yeah, but let me tell you. They -- this is a free week for them, period. So what I can see James doing -- because I told James I wasn't going to use him, that I was going to pick Maggie, I could see James going up to Janelle or Howie and saying, "April told me that she wants y'all out of -- that she wants" -- let's say you're Janelle. "April told me she wants you out of here really, really bad. Use me. I'll get you off if I win, and then we're both safe, and we'll -- we'll take them out together." That's the only thing I'm worried about. But Beau is going to go talk to Howie and so --
IVETTE: Yeah, but you heard Howie today, and I believe that truth, that he --
APRIL: Yeah, I did.
IVETTE: He might have been playing around, but I believe that truth, that at this point, whatever he needs to do to save himself in the game, and if James makes him a promise, he'll take up whatever offer at this point.
APRIL: Yeah, but he should know by now that James does not hold his promises. He's --
IVETTE: But we didn't show to hold our promise either, according to their --
APRIL: No, I know that.
IVETTE: -- according to their eyes, so...
APRIL: Absolutely.
IVETTE: Right now it's anybody -- you know what I mean? Anybody can go buck wild right now, and nobody can get upset.
APRIL: We -- you can tell James -- you can tell James, "Hey, nothing is set in stone until after the Power of Veto. Every week backdooring someone is an option" because it's true.
MAGGIE: No, not after this week, probably.
APRIL: I'm just saying in -- every week before now, I mean, that's always an option: backdooring.
MAGGIE: If Janelle picks James --
APRIL: I don't think she will.
IVETTE: -- that pretty much really confirms that they have a pact.
APRIL: She was --
IVETTE: Um-hmm.
APRIL: She was -- let me tell you, though. When her and Howie were up here, she was already -- she was like, "April, I just don't feel -- I don't feel -- I don't feel comfortable with this. I -- I just feel like something bad is going to go wrong and the Power of Veto is not going to be won" or whatever. And I was like -- I was like, "I'm sorry. You and Howie are the only ones I can put up." I was like, "So the only safety and guarantee you have is if you don't use him; otherwise, one of y'all will go home."
IVETTE: Um-hmm.
APRIL: Bottom line.
MAGGIE: Good.
APRIL: I said, "I don't want y'all to go home, but if you pick him, you're sending the other home. Bottom line."
MAGGIE: You told them that?
APRIL: Um-hmm. I mean, it's true. I don't want them to feel like I -- I am telling them what to do, because if they want to pick James, more f*cking power to them. More power f*cking to them [verbatim]. I'm not going to tell them what they have to do, because then -- then Howie will try to pull that whole crap again: "You threatened me" and -- you know, I mean, whatever he said. So I just said, "If y'all want to stay, you don't pick James [Maggie Burps] for the Power of Veto. So Beau is going down to Howie, and then I guess we can get Beau to talk to -- I bet Beau will talk to Janelle as well. I can't talk to -- I can't talk to Howie and Janelle together because James is watching me. Trust me. He's watching me.
IVETTE: I know he is.
APRIL: So I can't --
IVETTE: And now he wants to play chess with me. James always plays chess -- you know, especially now, before Power of Veto, it's his frazzle day. Today is frazzle day. Monday is his --
APRIL: I know.
IVETTE: He's -- he's frazzled until Monday after Veto ceremony.
APRIL: I know.
IVETTE: Do you know what I'm saying? Right now he's super frazzled. Then he calms down a bit, and then he gets super frazzled again. So any other day, I go play chess with him, and we're cool. Right now I'm getting the frazzled James playing chess. You know what I mean?
APRIL: And, Ivette, I don't want you to have to lie --
IVETTE: I [inaudible] about this house -- huh?
APRIL: I don't want you to have to lie, but I can't sit here and say for sure that James will be backdoored. If I could sit here and saying that, I would -- I would tell you tell him, but if the POV is not won or something, he won't be backdoored.
MAGGIE: And -- and if you're asking us to hold a secret, we can hold a secret.
APRIL: Yeah, yeah, we can't -- I think we -- and let's say the POV is won. Janelle/Howie is taken off. James is put up. The first things James is going to do -- he's going to be p*ssed, because he's going to think this was all preplanned, mapped out. It's not. It's -- it's an option. This is an option for us this week, is to backdoor him or send Janelle or Howie home. These are two different options.
MAGGIE: Either way -- either way we win --
APRIL: These are two different options.
MAGGIE: -- because it's not one of us.
APRIL: I'm looking at both options, whichever option fares well for us and works out for us this week is the option. So we can't sit here and say, "James will for sure be backdoored" because we don't know that at this point.
IVETTE: But I can tell him this, which is, "One of those people gets off, you definitely know that you're the one that goes up there to fill the seat.
APRIL: No, because then he's going to go around to Janelle and Howie -- he -- he can -- honey, he's already been there, figured that out.
MAGGIE: Um-hmm.
APRIL: Bottom line.
MAGGIE: You don't need to tell -- you don't need to tell him anything in this game that he hasn't already thought of.
APRIL: [Telling Ivette what to say to James.] So if he's asking you, "Who's going" -- you know, "Are they backdooring me" or "Are y'all backdooring me" or "Is that April's plan," go, "James, take a chill pill."
MAGGIE: "Be happy that you weren't nominated from the start."
IVETTE: Yeah, but his whole thing on that is, is going to be what he said last time: He would rather be nominated from the start and be able to have a fighting chance because that's --
MAGGIE: Of course he would.
APRIL: He's going to call me a wussy and say that I went out the --
IVETTE: He would rather -- he would rather be given the fighting chance, and if he's going to go out, then he lost fair and square, but not that he wasn't given the opportunity to fight for it.
MAGGIE: Right. He was given five opportunities to fight for it, and he did awesome every single time, and that's why he's still here. It is. He has saved his own *ss five times. That's awesome. No one is -- he is always going to be --
APRIL: Shhh. Did you change this [Spy TV]? Maggie did not respond to April's question.]
MAGGIE: [Lowers her voice because April said "Shhh."] He is always going to be the veto champion.
[Changing channels on the Spy TV to see what's going on in the house.]
MAGGIE: He will always be the veto champon -- champion. No one is going to take that away from him. But does he -- does he expect people not to figure out that "Holy sh*t. We can't beat him"?
[April sees James and Beau downstairs together.]
APRIL: Oh, God. He's probably asking Beau stuff.
IVETTE: And Beau starts talking way too much, too.
APRIL: Yeah. I told Beau a specific sentence to say, so... Yeah. He's going around and -- I won't -- I can't even make eye contact with James, because I -- I --
IVETTE: That's what I'm saying. That's what I'm saying. That's how he starts to know stuff.
APRIL: I'm staying up here.
IVETTE: That's how he knows stuff is up, because people won't look in him the eyes.
APRIL: I'm just -- I'm just, like, doing my own thing, but -- he -- he isn't -- he does that, though, to himself. That's why I don't look at him. I mean, I've already talked to him twice since -- three times since after the freaking nomination ceremony.
MAGGIE: Right. That's why --
APRIL: He's come across my path. Three times it's happened. He's talked --
MAGGIE: I'm sure he would be up here --
IVETTE: That was just today, wasn't it?
MAGGIE: I'm sure he would be up here if I wasn't up here. He would be all up on -- he always comes --
IVETTE: I've already said -- I've already said -- like, two or three times, I was like washing dishes first. He goes, "You want to play chess?" I was like, "Yeah." And I was like, "Oh, I need to take a shower." And he was like, "Oh, you're going to shower downstairs?" And I was like, "My stuff is upstairs." And then I started helping Janelle [Janelle is making Apple Crisp]. And he was, like, looking at me. I was like, "Yeah, I gotta go shower now." And then, you know -- and then [inaudible] cross. I was like, "Well, I gotta go shower upstairs because my towel is up there, and by the time I go up there, I might as well just take the rest of my stuff." And he goes, "But we're going to play chess, right?" And I was like --
MAGGIE: Do you want me to play chess with you?
IVETTE: Huh?
MAGGIE: Do you want me to come play chess?
IVETTE: You want to come play chess?
MAGGIE: I'll come watch.
IVETTE: Yeah, but I mean, he won't open his mouth, and I want to see what he has to say.
APRIL: No, we don't. We don't want to see what he has to say. We don't care.
IVETTE: Well, he's -- he's been saying while we're playing [chess] how he's sick of Janelle and Howie. He's sick of them.
MAGGIE: Right. Of course he is.
APRIL: Yeah, but he's telling them the same thing.
IVETTE: I know. I know.
APRIL: He's such a player. It's like --
MAGGIE: It's impressive.
APRIL: No, it's not.
MAGGIE: You've got to give him credit for it.
APRIL: It's not.
MAGGIE: It's impressive.
APRIL: It's not impressive. It's so sad. It's sad to me.
MAGGIE: It's sad that we fall for it.
APRIL: I feel -- we are not falling for it. We have seen this for a while.
MAGGIE: People have kept him around.
APRIL: I wanted to -- 25 percent of his epiphany to be true. Just 25. That's all I wanted. That's all I ask for. None of it was. Maybe for a day, but that's about it.
MAGGIE: No. He's just good.
APRIL: And I -- I -- I'm curious to see --
IVETTE: But he hasn't stepped out of the epiphany mode with me. Do you understand what I'm saying? I'm not saying that I believe him, but I look at him sometimes, and I'm like --
MAGGIE: Because it works with you.
IVETTE: -- "Are you serious or are you not?"
MAGGIE: It works with you. He knows what works with you. He knows what works with April. He knows what works with everyone, and he works it.
IVETTE: But he really doesn't know what works with me because I look at him, and I know -- like, the other day I said to him, "Don't try to sit here and bullsh*t me and tell me that they have not remotely offered you anything."
MAGGIE: That's ridiculous. Because if I were them, I would offer him something. You need him.
IVETTE: That's what I sat there and I told him.
MAGGIE: It's ridiculous.
IVETTE: I go to him -- I go to him, "So" --
MAGGIE: He thinks you're stupid.
APRIL: But can I be honest with you?
IVETTE: Huh?
MAGGIE: He thinks you're stupid.
IVETTE: He may think I'm stupid --
APRIL: Can I be honest, though?
MAGGIE: What?
APRIL: I don't think we -- number one, we haven't offered him anything.
IVETTE: Huh-uh.
MAGGIE: No.
APRIL: And I really don't think that they've offered him anything. Why?
IVETTE: I -- I absolutely believe that they've offered him stuff because --
APRIL: I don't know.
IVETTE: -- they know how strong he is physically, and it's better to have someone like him as an ally --
APRIL: But he's making offers.
IVETTE: -- rather than enemy.
APRIL: But, listen. He's trying to make offers with us, and he's trying to make offers with them. So why do we need to make an offer, and why would they need to make an offer?
MAGGIE: Right. He's already got it covered.
APRIL: He has already promised them that he is taking me and Maggie out the minute he wins that HOH. Why -- that's why they said they hadn't --
MAGGIE: I didn't tell you that, did I? No. I heard it from you, so there was no reason to.
APRIL: I've already said that.
MAGGIE: They confirmed. They were like, "It's done."
APRIL: Yeah, "It's done."
MAGGIE: "If James gets HOH, then he's taking out Maggie and April."
APRIL: He said that every -- he'll walk in that room, and all that he does is talk about it, about how he can't wait to take out Maggie and me. He cannot wait. So that's -- I don't think they have made him an offer. They don't have to because he has made them an offer.
MAGGIE: Um-hmm. He made --
APRIL: It's like he's making us an offer.
MAGGIE: Just like we -- he made us feel secure about keeping him around because he was going to put them up.
APRIL: Yeah. I don't think they've made him an offer. They haven't had to make him an offer. Now, would they? Possibly.
MAGGIE: He has both sides convinced that --
IVETTE: Well, anyways, the point is that it's like that. What if all I told him is like that, "How can you sit here and think for one second that I'm going to believe that you don't talk anything with them and that they haven't offered you anything?"
MAGGIE: Right.
APRIL: I don't --
MAGGIE: That's foolish. He should have at least come up with more of his lies than to say, "No, it didn't happen."
APRIL: And you know -- I mean, not to say that he --
IVETTE: [Partially inaudible] tell me something again. I'll probably try to talk to him. I'm just going to be like, "James, really, you're starting to insult me now, because you're really thinking that I'm dumb and that I'm buying all this crap." You know, do -- then start doing.
APRIL: You should -- you should know he's lying because every single day he says something most likely bad about me or Maggie, and if he's doing that --
IVETTE: I know.
APRIL: -- why would you think that he wouldn't take us out, you know? I mean, he can't stand us.
MAGGIE: I don't care.
APRIL: Whatever. I don't either. But if he asks you if he's being backdoored, it's none of his f*cking business. He's not f*cking HOH, and he's not a part of The Friendship. It's none of his business.
IVETTE: In 1717 when --
MAGGIE: 1727, the first penny was invented. And you know what it said? "Mind your own business."
IVETTE: Mind your own business. [Laughs.]
APRIL: And I -- I really firmly -- like, I know that I'm HOH this week, and I know that ultimately it will be my decision, but I think we all need to take responsibility for what happens, because we all -- you know what I'm saying. [NOTE: April seems to have conveniently forgotten that she was trying to put the blame on Maggie and Ivette for backdooring Kaysar. Ivette and April even got in an argument about it. Ivette was mad because April said she and Jennifer would have never thought to put up Kaysar if Ivette hadn't brought it up first.]
IVETTE: Absolutely. But no one here has ever not taken responsibility. [NOTE: Obviously Ivette forgot as well.]
APRIL: I know.
IVETTE: You always repeat that everybody should take responsibility. You still repeat about the Jen thing --
APRIL: No, but like --
IVETTE: And I -- we all accept responsibility.
APRIL: I know, but the other day, you did say, "Well, can I -- I'm just going to tell him I didn't know," or you -- you said it in some kind of way that it was taking everything off --
IVETTE: For right now.
APRIL: You know what I'm saying?
IVETTE: For right now.
MAGGIE: She has to right now.
APRIL: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
MAGGIE: But later on, of course.
APRIL: Well, no one knows. No one knows.
IVETTE: You know, Maggie's taken the whole responsibility for f*cking Sarah and James going up.
MAGGIE: Um-hmm.
IVETTE: They don't want to hear anything else. It doesn't matter how many times we say --
APRIL: Why you [Maggie]? I'm the one who freaking --
MAGGIE: It doesn't matter.
APRIL: But I'm respon- -- and I'm responsible for Sarah going home. I mean, that's the jacked-up thing about --
IVETTE: No, but what I'm saying is they still assume that she was in control even of them. It doesn't matter what you say here. It doesn't matter how many times you say "We all took part in it."
APRIL: No, I know.
MAGGIE: Um-hmm.
APRIL: That's why they sent Jen home, because they firmly believed it was mine and -- it was her. It was her ultimately, or whatever.
IVETTE: It's easier to do it that way, April. They know it was all of us.
APRIL: Well, it's just hard to blame --
IVETTE: It's just easier to pinpoint somebody.
APRIL: Well, it's hard to blame every- --
MAGGIE: If they blame us all, they're f*cked.
APRIL: Yeah. They can't blame everybody.
MAGGIE: They can't. They need to pick one and go with it.
IVETTE: That's what I'm saying. They need to go with it, and --
MAGGIE: I didn't even know I was picked --
IVETTE: -- and --
MAGGIE: -- until just the other day.
IVETTE: -- Jennifer wasn't only --
APRIL: I knew I was --
IVETTE: -- a strategical move.
MALE INTERCOM VOICE: Ivette, please go to the Diary Room.
APRIL: I didn't know that I was strictly picked.
IVETTE: Jen wasn't only a strategic move. It was also a whole personal attack, too.
MAGGIE: It was only personal.
[Feeds cut out. End of transcription. 8:30 p.m. BBT. More to come soon.]
NOTE TO READERS: Another transcript continuing this conversation will be posted soon. The next transcription also includes the conversation between Janelle, April and Maggie in the HOH room. It is the first time I have personally seen Maggie talk game with anyone outside of The Friendship. Other topics of this HOH conversation will include backdooring James, bashing Janelle and Howie, and, believe it or not, for the first time, Maggie actually has something nice to say about Janelle. I will try to get that transcript to you all tomorrow, but I have a rush, so I can't promise. To those who have written messages to me: Thank you very much for the nice compliments. If it weren't for you, I wouldn't have the desire to take the time to make these transcripts, but knowing that some of you really enjoy them and find them useful is what keeps me going. Thank you very much.
