to go outside because "this is a lockdown".
After the first warning, Drew started loading all of his breakfast items onto a tray to take outside.
Twin: All of America is watching this boy and saying, "look, he can cook, too". I'll bet that you will be the kind of husband that will get up and cook a special breakfast for your wife one day.
Drew: Well, this is for Diane.
And then he says he is kidding, and they all laugh.
Once outside, the Twins, Cowboy, and Drew sit down to eat. One of the Twins launches into a prayer that starts in the usual way, but veers into friends in the house, and having the father help them get the strength to do the things they need to do for the game.
The camera features a close up of Diane during this prayer, as she sits on a chaise lounge next to Marvin.
She already ate breakfast--one of her beloved Strawberry Pop Tarts, a little earlier, before Drew was up for the day. |
