This happened in the last half-hour, but I don't see it posted.
Will started a conversation with Drew by asking him if he's thought about what he wants to do when he gets out of the house.
Drew talks about his parents, and how they both worked so hard to build successful businesses--he feels like he needs to do the same. His life has been very structured, and he is glad to have this opportunity to break up the cycle.
He's not sure if his parents would support a move to California or NY, but he remembers his dad saying that he wished he had taken a year off after college to do some other things. So he's clinging to that--maybe his Dad will understand him trying to do modeling or something for a while.
Drew isn't getting his hopes up that he will have a lot of opportunities, but if good looks are what he is blessed with, maybe that is something.
Will tells him that he thinks they are from similar family backgrounds--they weren't rich kids, but they didn't have to work over the summer and could afford to take trips.
Will said the first few months he is truly on his own, it will be a shock to pay the bills and realize what it will take to have minimum needs met. Will had a hard time at first in NY, but is so glad that he stuck it out and worked through it.
Drew said that watching the Twins this week have really made an impression on him. He and Ben are just as close as the Fitness Twins, and he is watching them and thinking that he doesn't want to be dependant on someone like that for the rest of his life.
He says that in the Fraternity, he and his brother would both voice their opinions, and later people would say, "the twins think....", like they weren't even separate people. He is glad to have this opportunity to be himself, on his own, and hopes that Ben is able to have the same sort of experience, whatever he is doing out there this summer.
Will says that he sees Drew and Diane as their own people, not a twin.
It is a good brotherly talk, and then the feeds changed. |

valentine - Drew Also Said That Being A Twin |

relieved him from a lot of little daily decisions. For example: he would see what Ben was having for breakfast and that is what he would have. He didn't have to think about it or decide for himself.
This type of stuff was a habit, strange as it seems. |
