Adria slaved away and made what the HG described as a great meal. She had small quanities of bits and pieces, and just made some of everything so that everyone could eat "a la carte". Salmon Patties - She only had enough ingredients for 8, so they cut some of them in half. Sauteed Scallops - The HG only got 2 each. Adria joked that it was their appetizer, and it was $8.95 at Cafe Adria. "I Can't Believe It's Sausage Casserole" - Everybody loved the name, and the taste, too. I guess she mixed some sausage with salsa, breadcrumbs, and other stuff. Jase couldn't get enough. Some sort of vegan soup for Holly - Everyone that tasted it loved it. Holly was so thankful that Adria did that for her. Some sort of tuna dish--might have been a sushi take-off. Right before eating, the Cowboy got called to the DR.
