He is too emotional. Scott talks about how much of a "gamer" Marvin is, and both he and Jase say Marv is out - either next week or the week after. They just think he is playing hard and so forth, and they can't trust him. The plan still is to take Holly off the block. Holly mentions what if Scott is put up. He says so be it - he isn't worried.
